As a nurse, you wear multiple hats in client care. Keeping their privacy is important, but how are you supposed to remember that your patient is a DNR, has a Sodium of 142, a potassium of 4, and INR of 2. Typically, you keep all your need to know labs, patient demographics, and checklist on your brain.
